フィードバックを提供するI used to enjoy coming to this restaurant for their delicious Kahlua drinks, but I have decided to take my business elsewhere due to poor customer service. The female owner always seemed to have a new employee, which affected the overall experience.
I forgot to take a picture before I drank it because it was so good! I had a Mexican mocha, which was super tasty. The prices were great, there were plenty of options to choose from, and the owner was very nice.
I was shocked to see styrofoam being used at this restaurant! It was also disconcerting to hear staff members yelling out orders through the window or over the noise of the espresso machine. It made it difficult to have a normal conversation with them. There were also other issues, all of which seemed to stem from a lack of customer service skills. I hope they can improve on this aspect.
Went to get coffee after a run and it was the coolest little place, I'll def be back!
The coffee is good, but not for the price especially compared to other places in the area, a latte here will cost me around $10 whereas other places will be $4 cheaper for the same thing. Not sure if the higher prices are because it's a drive thru? Also, they charge an additional $2-3 for using a card?!? it's 2022 I've been to mom and pop shops that only charge an extra .80 cents to a dollar for using a card.
