We were looking for a restaurant with Corsican specialties in a unique setting and we were not disappointed! A very appreciable family kitchen with honest advice according to your desires for dishes. On Vincent’s recommendations we went to the restaurant In Suliata and we were not disappointed at our arrival the setting is superb with a breathtaking view of the creek against the bottom the restaurant is stoned the shaded terrace in short a good evening is announced. The customer service is impeccable and the kitchen is very good being a meat lover I took the grilled tin with wood fire and it was excellent cooking was perfect Thomas the chef makes marvels at the grill when at her feast with the Lamb Coast. On the dessert side I recommend the cream to burn with light hazelnut and very good at the end of the meal, for the most gourmet to enjoy them and its homemade cabbages. Frankly we have had a great time, a simple but homemade kitchen still thank you very much to Thomas we will return next year.
