Polito's Pizza House - Bondurant

Called in an order, was told 30 minutes. Not ready. Waited another 15 and still not ready. Staff was very rude. Said we were supposed to have masks on, yet not a one of them had one on. We left and went somewhere else.

Best food ever! Everything is awesome!! Love the pizza, cavatelli, and onion rings the most!

Great food and staff are so great! Taco is my favorite but many other great selections. Crust is the best!!

Had the absolute worst service I've ever had at any resturant. Took a half hour to even get our order taken and then another hour to get our COLD food as we were getting ready to walk out. After asking to speak with the manager he proceeded to argue with us about how long we had been there. When we finally got our food it appeared as though it had been forgotten about and just thrown together as we were getting ready to leave. Some of the food was undercooked to the point of been completely raw.

We were there for the first time with our friends who had also never been there, we were very satisfied with our meals. I would recommend it highly.
