Just wish the buffet station food was bigger ???? they do pretty delicious food. I frequent the Surry hills and double bay branches quite frequent. The juices are delicious and food okay. Great place to lounge out in the sun.

Great location in sun; good variety of food. Lots of organic products at reasonable prices. Can sit in the sun for breakfast with excellent coffee and food

The guys at the kitchen always do a great job as the food is always delicious no complaints about that at all, however, the tables need to be wiped it is just common sense from the minute I came in to the minute I left I didn't a see a table being wiped including mine, the floor was a mess and the couch a bit disgusting with pieces of mushroom and bread and when I left the Mess was still there untouched, looked like no one was running the show.

As I live nearby, u came here to get some food takeaway for lunch. They have a buffet station set up so you can fill your container with the hot and cold choices available. Not a bad selection and as it was a cold day I stuck with the hot selection of beans, mixed veggies and the lamb dish they had. Lamb was a bit tough but overall it wasn't too bad and a good option that's close by. I also tried their coffee which wasn't bad but I prefer another cafe nearby.

I was pretty excited about trying About Life. I loved Plant Gallery on Bondi Road. Unfortunately it lacks atmosphere and the service wasn't that great. The coffees are all cold pressed and they didn't know what a Picollo was and brought me something completely different. As for the menu it is diverse but very over prized. A BLT with coconut bacon is $18.90 and you have the option to add Avocado for $2.50. So a BLT is $21.40!!! This is ridiculous. I saw other meals being served which were all small portions. I asked if they had any daily papers, they didn't. I think this should be standard in a cafe. Overall drop the prices and serve bigger portions and have the options of regular coffee.
