Eating and ambiente amazing, but the service needs some serious work. a little tentering and on the ball would make a world of difference

The food is yummy, but found it took 45mins for us to get food once we sat, and we were hungry! Service was a bit slow, but friendly staff.

I am so sorry but I really had to let you know about our latest experience. I often come for breakfast and lunch and service and food both are great. I booked dinner with my Family and we were sat at 6:45 pm and sadly not even given a glass of water until past 7:15 pm … my husband was ready to leave as it was early with few tables booked and many staff walking around. The food saved the night for us. Everything was lovely and shareable. I hope that you make the staff aware. They were all lovely but a little unorganised.

Loved our dinner at Blackwood. Every dish was delicious and staff very accomodating we had a great time

Highly recommend for outstanding food (breakfast lunch and dinner) and service.
