KFC - BOMADERRY

We have been here a few times and every time they don't have something or miss it completely out of your order..

We stopped for the free Wi-Fi. Upon arrival, placing and paying for order request Wi-Fi info. Informed no Wi-Fi. The Mates Box was $29.99 and was okay. Price is high.

For some reason we kept returning here after order after order was incorrectly filled or the chicken was not cooked properly.After a while, and tasting again, the chicken was actually a lot better, so we decided to try again.The first time we had 7 items missing. We complained and was eventually refunded.We then went back and got the 9 piece special, I mean, what could go wrong right? Well they only put 7 pieces in the box.This absolute level of incompetence repeated does not deserve my custom any more.

Decided to have a treat for Christmas Eve with Mum, the chips were not cooked, the chicken was so dry, was just awful, normally I will not worry but this time I called and have been able to be reimbursed, never again will I eat maybe any take away just an awful waste of money, KFC Bomaderry, shame shame shame

They always forget to put stuff in your order. You don't find out till you get home. Then they won't answer their phone when you try to call and tell them about it.
