Ichiban - Bolzano

Good sushi place with the All-you-can-eat formula and also extra Alla Carte options. Cheaper for lunch with more options for dinner for a higher price. They recently added more things to their menu and the presentation of dishes was neat. We enjoyed our dinner.

The food was excellent! Since with my friend and we had everything you can eat: dinner option. Beverages and some candy were not included, but completely reasonable. The size of the plate was not clear on the tablet (which we ordered earlier, so it was always a surprise. They only speak Italian, which was a bit difficult, but we managed to:

Good food quality but terrible service. Slow, forget orders. Went three times, every time multiple things went wrong. Cannot recommend the place.

I am a sushi connoisseur, I am a person who eats sushi at least 2 times a week. (I am not from.this city) I'm here in vacation and this has to be the worst sushi I have ever had in my life. Good people, good staff and amazing atmosphere but the sushi is bad, really bad. I ordered a couple of my favorite rolls and ate one of each and had yo stand up and leave.

I never saw a restaurant with a service that bad! We did not get our food and they wanted to charge us nearly €50 for two dishes! They give you a tablet for ordering and do not tell you that this is for the expensive all-you-can-eat option. Never going again this restaurant! You do not know what you get, service is deficient, the ambient is loud and dark.
