Gusto Chengdu - BOLOGNA

Pleasant evening in this delightful restaurant with typical dishes of the Sichuan region, I have been to China several times and I must say that I rediscovered some familiar knowledge! Nothing to do with the classic 100% Italianized Chinese restaurants, although naturally there are some familiar dishes for the less daring. Spicy but it could also be more spicy, but I think that in this way it will appeal to more palates. Nice location, convenient and practical service thanks to booking via tablet.

A few steps from the Two Towers and the bus stop, in the central area you can enjoy authentic Sichuan cuisine, the courses are plentiful, the food and service are excellent. I recommend using oil in dishes in moderation.

Si mangiava bene ma non più così purtroppo, anche questo Ristorante è caduto nella trappola dei turisti, la qualità si è abbassata moltissimo ed i prezzi sono saliti, ravioli di gamberi con retrogusto molto strano, spaghetti di soia annegati. Venivo spesso a questo punto ci sono cinesi nel centro di Bologna molto molto meglio e più convenienti, mi spiace.

Ottimo ristorante cinese diverso dal solito. Cucina specifica della regione della Cina Sichuan. Piatti gustosi e particolari. Veramente consigliato per chi esperimenta senza indugi. Uno dei miei pochi ristoranti cinesi non convenzionali preferito di Bologna! Specialeeeeee
