What’s the point of ordering food to go ahead of time if I still have to wait in line to pick up my order and it still won’t be made until after i waited in line?

I recently dined at Apple Pear and was quite disappointed. The chicken I ordered was served cold, which suggests they aren't cooking it fresh. Like others have mentioned in their reviews, the cleanliness of the place is concerning—everything from the counters to the debit machine and the soda machine was dirty. I can't understand how they are allowed to operate without adhering to health standards, especially when surfaces aren’t being wiped down.

Ordered food person with taking was nice he helped only problem was I had to warm my eating I did not come home to train back to keep eating at good temperature
