Starbucks - Bolingbrook

Incredibly slow I can't get out of the drive thru in less than 20 minutes ever

I am not from the opposite of bolingbrook, but stayed here on the way to home and although it was a little busy, the young lady who cared for me in the drive was so nice friendly, my coffee was made perfect and my ei bytes were nice and toast warm, I recommend this place when I ever in the opposite that will be my go-to location!

No matter how long the line is in the morning, the staff is super fast.

I was extremely disappointed with the service at this restaurant. Jessica, the manager, treated my wife very rudely when she attempted to manage our young child's behavior. It's a fact that small children make noise—who would have thought otherwise? To make matters worse, when I called to speak with Jessica, she lied to me. This was a very disappointing experience.

Collect those stars! I am getting back into how comfortable Starbucks is. The new flavors, especially the Pistachio, are wonderful. I keep going back. The tastes are consistent and the staff members are all rushing about just to give me that wonderful cup of coffee.
