フィードバックを提供するI believe this is the worst Starbucks, I ordered a venti ice coffee with 7 pumps of classic syrup and cream was not given any cream. I also ordered a grande iced coffee with blonde espresso and three pumps of vanilla, instead I was given a shot of espresso with vanilla. When I went up to the register to get it fixed the cashier was very rude “i literally asked you”. He was also wearing his headset while taking my order. I had to repeat myself more than once. I was very nice about it and I didn’t appreciate the attitude. I had another experience with the same employee was rude and i ordered a strawberry açaí and a matcha latte with coconut milk. He put coconut milk in all of my drinks. I didn’t make a fuss and left. At this point I hate that I was given attitude when I was super nice about it.
Becca is so sweet! She makes me feel like I’m at a small coffee shop. She remembers my order and face every time! So cute. She’s always in the most positive, best mood ever.
At 4:58pm on October 1st the guy at the window with longish hair.. ONE OF THE BEST STARBUCKS WORKERS I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.
Visited Starbucks yesterday and had the pleasure of being served by Barista Ismael. He was exceptionally kind and attentive, going above and beyond to clarify my doubts about the Pumpkin Spiced Latte, even sharing a sample to taste. His approachability and knowledge were refreshing, especially in the usually bustling and hurried environment of Starbucks. It's evident Ismael genuinely cares about customers’ experiences, setting a high standard for client care. I’m highly impressed and believe Starbucks needs more employees like him. A memorable experience, thanks to Ismael!
Unless you want to be told how to order and when to order based on the barista's preference, then feel free to go here. I'm not giving this location my business anymore. I asked for a coffee not a lecture.(Mobile order experience)
