フィードバックを提供するFirst time ordering from here and the Mongolian Beef was good EXCEPT that the onions were RAW with sauce. I didn't even finish it. Had more onions than beef. I have had much better at other places.
I've noticed a change during my last few visits. The chicken and broccoli dish now has very little chicken, and it used to come with carrots and water chestnuts. Instead, they've substituted onions and cut back on the sauce, making the dish somewhat dry. I asked for extra chicken, but it costs $4.95, which is surprising since you can buy a whole chicken at Costco for the same price! Plus, I'm pretty sure the amount of extra chicken could have been negotiable. It’s a shame because the staff is great and the service is excellent, but the food has been lacking lately.
I was really disappointed tonight. My usual order of Mongolian beef was terrible; it didn’t have any spice and was supposed to be spicy. There were also way too many onions, which were overwhelmingly strong. I usually enjoy onions, but I couldn't eat them this time. Additionally, the Singapore noodles didn't have any heat either. It's a shame because this place was one of my top two favorites, and with Golden Chopsticks closing next week, it looks like we won’t have a good Chinese restaurant in Bolingbrook anymore.
The egg rolls are delicious, and the General Tso's chicken is quite tasty. However, I found the pepper steak to be not very impressive.
Our first time here. Our dinner was delicious
