Jimmy John's - Bolingbrook

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The sandwiches were stale and had clearly been sitting out for too long, and my order was incorrect. The manager, Stephanie, was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place.

Very friendly staff that greeted us when we came in and wished us a good day when we were gone. sandwich was the usual jj sandwich. it was good, but I think they might jump on the meat these days, but that's not surprising.

This situation has literally gone completely downhill hills. they are no longer greeted when they go in. order a lot of luck online and have them actually read the ticket. looks like an extra salate on a garnish? such a shame, it's my closest johns, but I think I'm gonna get my business on the way. I have literally waited my last ten orders to see if they would improve. perhaps a bad one, the worker. in the next months I will enter this place.

This location is typically pretty fast. There may be a slight delay during busier times of the day. This location had an issue keeping chips in stock but that has since been resolved.
