Waiting standing too much time... while available tables existAsked the waiter. She answers: We can not let you in . As we can not serve many people at same time. That will mix the orders and too much for them.Not logic at all . At least let the people sit and advise them the order will take more timeBy the way l asked for reservations. They said no . First arrive first served.... should I wait standing an hour while there are empty table for all waiting people

We just came out from that branch the waiter gave us a table at the end of the place where they put their coats and the boxes of the fruits in front of us though there are many empty tables in the front , when we asked he told us strange excuse about the delay of service which i don’t understand, we left immediately and heading to another place ,maybe he didn’t like how we look like

We arrived at 3:30 and were informed that table service would not be available until 4pm. We placed our order at the cash register, but at 3:40 other customers came in and were seated at tables. When my coffee arrived, the cup was dirty on the outside, likely from a previous dessert. We were not offered any water and had to remind the waiter that we had also ordered a dessert. Unfortunately, we did not receive the level of service that was expected. As a result, three less customers will be returning to Juliette et Chocolat.

It had been a long time since I had been here, I had memories before covid of it! Their desserts are always impressive! The ambiance was average, no music which may have been an oversight, maybe it was very cold with the air conditioning on! Especially on a cold day outside, for sure we wouldn't stay for 1 hour in there lol but oh well, it doesn't take away from the menu.

Terrible service. Left standing at the door for 10mins. All the employees were talking amongst themselves not paying any attention at all. Brought us our dessert and didn't give us any utensils. Waited another 5minutes had to get up and find someone to bring us utensils. Never again because of the attitude and terrible service from the young women working there.
