Fritze's Bbq Catering - Boerne

The food was pretty good. Had 3 meat plate with sausage and turkey with Mac n cheese and beans. Not bad for something quick.

I honestly can't eat here enough. I don't know how many of there little card things I've filled up

They have good bbq. Better than Rudy's in New Braunfels :

Very fresh food. Baked potatoes were delicious piping hot and full of tasty toppings. BBQ chicken was very tender and juicy. Coleslaw was very crunchy and creamy, perfectly seasoned, it was a refreshing touch to the meal. Potato salad was very good. Iced tea was flavorful especially with a fresh lemon wedge. And a very friendly and welcoming service made my visit extra special. I had a very tasty, comfort, homemade food with a great southern service.

On Saturday for lunch. It is modest in size with interior and exterior seat, plus a drive-thru window for convenience....Parking is available in its place. We ordered her a meat and two meat plates with two sides per dish. I had the brisket and pork ribs, my wife had the pork ribs. My pages were cucumber salad and Dill Coleslaw, their were barbecue beans and cucumber salad. We really enjoyed the food! The ribs were fleshy and smokey, my brisket was tender and juicy, and her grilled sauce had a vinegary bang on it. Exceptional were the sides of the cucumber salad (especially), as well as the beans and dillslaw. Also exceptional was the excellent value, as our two meals and two soft drinks at less than $27. Yummy Desserts are available, made with fruit calves and brownies and cookies in the house. Hold by and enjoy some delicious local BBQ , we are glad we did.
