Dogal Dondurma - Bodrum

The ice cream at this restaurant is delicious, on par with the ones from Bitez and Yalikavak. However, the service is terrible. The woman who serves the ice cream is extremely arrogant and seems to resent her job. The location is also not ideal, as it is at the end of the beach. I would recommend going to Bitez Ice Cream place in the center instead, where you will find amazing service and a great variety of flavors. You won't be disappointed there.

In the banana ice cream, there was a hair. When we informed them and asked to replace the ice cream, the staff member who should have apologized ended up blaming us. Apparently, it was an outdoor area, so everything could have ended up in the ice cream. The employees were very unfriendly, and the hygiene was non-existent.

The worst management in the world, yet at the same time, the most delicious ice cream in the world. They say it's Bitez, they say it's Rome, but that's not true... We've tried ice cream in many places around the world, but nothing compares to this. This is truly real ice cream. You absolutely must try it!

Wow, this is the best ice cream I have ever tasted! Dogal Dondurma has really expanded over the years. They offer a fantastic selection of flavors, I enjoyed every bite.
