Had chicken house on Thursday for my birthday with some family also a friend of mine had it on Friday, all of us had a stomach bug all weekend, twice I've had food poisoning from chicken house now

I must say that the value for money and the quality of the food are outstanding. A little tip: if possible, consider picking up your order or placing it over the phone, as the website adds a £1.30 service fee. The staff are exceptionally friendly as well, so there's no reason not to give this place a full five stars.

I just had a delivery experience that was quite disappointing. I placed my order at 8:07 PM and called an hour later to check on its status. I was told it would arrive in 15 minutes, but that didn’t happen. My partner took one bite of his chicken shish wrap, and the chicken was pink inside, indicating it wasn't fully cooked. I missed a call from your team today while I was at work, but when I called back, the person on the line didn’t seem to care about the issue. As a result, this matter has not been resolved, and I definitely won’t be ordering from here again.
