A Tanneda bucugna 20136 - Bocognano

We stopped here with no reservations as a family. The village could be described as a rural mountainous location, and to my knowledge this small restaurant looked like one of only a few places to eat for miles around. We started with a hearty Corsican soup which was thick with beans, cabbage and carrot and could actually be a meal in its own right. We also ordered the veal and a bacon omelette and were impressed with both. The service was friendly and welcoming. A lucky find and really glad we stopped there.
