Ramen Lab - Boca Raton

The Bao Bros Bun was absolutely delicious! I ordered it with pork belly and the meat was tender and paired perfectly with the fluffy buns. The Tonkotsu Ramen was amazing, even the egg, which I don't usually enjoy. I regret not asking for extra meat because that Ramen was perfection!

Chicken katsu curry at Ramen Lab Eatery is just like Hawaii's version! The pork bao buns were tender and delicious. I highly recommend this eatery to everyone, Mahalo!

Oh my! My friends nicknamed me foodie critic because I critique every place I dine at. The Katsu Curry was simply amazing. Crispy chicken, soft rice and the curry sauce was to die for. I started with the Edamame which had a little kick to it but I devoured every single one. Just a fantastic meal overall. Five stars! My favorite meal in a long time.

I really enjoyed the chicken miso ramen, it was fresh and spicy. I would definitely order it again.

We went right in and immediately we saw the vegan noodle dish and also ordered vegetables gyoza for appetizer. They brought us some crazy spicy sauces that further improved the court. Definitely a good find here in the neighborhood and will return!
