Palettas - Boca Raton

It's a funny higher price-to-place. it is a kiosk in the inner city where they can feel as if they are in italia (again!) it was especially attractive for my 10 year old son because the gelato is shaped in different shapes (he got a cat with cookies and cream gelato dipped in dark chocolate. he loved it, but it's a bit on the expensive side as tasty, it's in order. the worker was very helpful, which was nice patient and had a nice smile. she explained everything to him so that he can choose what he wanted! I would recommend once in a past, should they go there!

Will never make that mistake again tasted like it had been in the freezer for three years and the person didn't speak English fortunately I knew how to say Muy malo in Spanish and it didn't matter I just got completely conned over five dollars for something I took two bites up and threw away and unfortunately still have the gross taste in my mouth

Don't buy from these people! theres no customer service, they don't have sample. a bunch of horrible flavors. I bought a ginger lemon fruit and tasted like yuck, I asked if I can change or add some toppings. they refused and kept the gelato and refuse to give me a refund. I left and called customer service at 305-897-0004 spoke with Melissa who told me she would call me back in 15minutes. its been over 1 hour, I called back now no one answer. what type of business are they running. you would think customer service would be their top priority. they just stealing people money thats why they don't give sample, so people can buy and throw it away if they don't like it. I could be like whatever, whats $5.25? but its about basic principle ITS ABOUT ENSURING YOUR CLIENTS ARE 100% SATISFY BEFORE WALKING AWAY FROM YOUR COUNTER!!

They change their original location and after roaming for a while, we finally found the little kiosk.l inside the mall. Unfortunately they didn 't honor our Groupon and the girl there refuse to provide her Manager 's information because they were her bosses . I 'll go to Morelia next time, far better selection and excellent service.

Now that they are in the middle of the mall, I finally got to have their popsicle. Had the Passion fruit, tasted just like parcha. Really good.
