We visited this restaurant during the Easter long weekend, and it was quite crowded. Even though it's a barramundi farm, we arrived around 1:30 PM (the kitchen closes at 3 PM) and were informed they had run out of whole barramundi fish. Instead, we ordered the barramundi fillets baked in a lemon butter sauce, served with chips and salad. Overall, the dish was delightful; the fish was cooked perfectly, the chips were crispy, and the salad was fresh. It was disappointing that there was no whole fish available. Additionally, there's a 10% surcharge on public holidays and Sundays.
This restaurant is fantastic! I highly recommend trying the barramundi. The whole fish prepared Thai-style was amazing, featuring perfectly cooked, crispy skin. The fish curry, which I opted for in yellow curry, was also excellent. Being a barramundi farm, the fish tasted incredibly tender and fresh.
The baked fish and chips were fantastic! You could really taste the freshness of the fish. The waffle with Nutella was amazing as well—just the perfect amount of Nutella to enjoy without it being overly sweet! I absolutely loved it!
