O'charleys - Boardman

The staff was a bit short-handed, but they were friendly and modern. We visited during a Cinco de Mayo celebration, and my tacos were delicious! My husband enjoyed his rib dinner, which was excellent. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere were all very good!

I visited the restaurant recently and overall it was a good experience. The food was delicious and expertly prepared. However, our waitress made a few mistakes typical of someone new to the job. After discussing it with management, I learned that it wasn't her fault; the restaurant was understaffed, and the waitress had too many tables to handle. The management apologized for the inconvenience and the poor service, assuring us they would improve. They made a genuine effort to rectify the situation and invited us to come back for another visit. The Peach Chutney was so delightful that I couldn't resist returning. I highly encourage you to give this place a try!

The service was a bit slow, but the food was quite good. I ordered the turkey club with fries. It wasn't a pleasant wait during our visit, and I doubt I would have been very patient if it had been any slower. I'm giving it four stars because, honestly, the food was great, and the restaurant was clean. I suppose they are short-staffed like many places these days.
