Always clean and friendly environment and the food is always fresh and hot

Their Subs are delicious, and staff are kind and friendly. The price is good.They don’t seem to use dedicated tools for each type of sandwich. I found some other meat (likely chicken) in my Tuna Sandwich the other day. This might be a nightmare for some people, me included.

Didn't get my loyalty points due to impatient cashier. Didn't offer any resolution. Too expensive for bad service.Also as other reviewers have mentioned this place is dirty.

I’m an Italian fan of this place! The smoky southwest chicken sandwich was soooo good! One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had (I’m from Italy, this comment means a lot im not bragging about it lol) On my next visit to Kansas City, Planet Sub will definitely be my first stop.

The sandwich was terrible. My favorite sub shop, is not doing the job they used to.
