I had a coconut milk tea with boba it was really good, but a lot of the boba was not fully cooked, and doughy in the middle.

Been coming here for many years. The visit today was the worse I have experienced. I ordered one boba tea and one Fruit Addict. It has been more than 30 minutes and my order is still not out. I overheard her telling another customer that if she ordered waffle, it will be a 30—40 minutes wait. Much as I like the drinks, unless the speed improves, we will not be back.

Excellent place, better price and taste than any other Bubba teas
