Pancho's Mexican Food - Blue Springs

I'll eat here a lot. Carnitas were perfect. I look forward to trying everything on the menu.

They have the most authentic refried beans and rice I've ever tasted in a restaurant.

If you are from California and now call Beautiful Missouri home, this is the spot you've been looking for. Just like the Roberto's or Alberto's we are used to. The carne asada burrito's and taquitos are great. They even have the radish and cucumber bar with the carrots and jalapeño's!!!!

Their burritos are HUGE. A complete meal on their own and so yummy!

Fresh Hot. Everything is made to order! This Panchos is open 24/7 at the drive thru. Great place to stop in the EARLY morning hours for a great hot breakfast burrito (7 to choose from) made fresh to your liking. If you ask for any of their pickled veggies or avocado salsa at the drive thru, you'll get it! We go there about 4 in the morning when I'm taking my wife to work. Well lit parking lot right on 40 hwy just west of 7 hwy in Blue Springs.
