The food was horrible and the guy customer service was very rude I will not recommend this place but anyone.0 stars

Usually, I pick up my orders myself, but on Sunday, November 20, 2023, I decided to order through DoorDash. I called the restaurant at 8:23 PM to customize my order, as DoorDash doesn't provide that option. I spoke with a young lady and requested that my food be fried extra hard and that mild sauce be added to my fries. She replied, "Okay, I've got you, hun." However, when my order arrived, the food wasn't even fully cooked, and there was no mild sauce on the fries. This used to be my favorite location, but I think it's time to explore other options.

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant! The service was wonderful, and the cashiers were very polite, especially Anna. In addition to the great service, the food was excellent. Overall, I would rate it: Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.
