フィードバックを提供するInstead of notifying me beforehand or issuing a refund, they just closed without explanation. They didn't leave a sign or make any effort to communicate with customers who had already paid. I mentioned to them that they really need to improve their communication. It seems like only the owner has access to the app, which is frustrating. This experience was both unprofessional and stressful, ruining my lunch break. If they need to close due to being out of stock or short-staffed, it’s common courtesy to leave a note on the door and reach out to refund customers with pending orders. I won't be risking another visit.
I went to get sandwiches, only to find the restaurant unexpectedly closed! There was no sign on the door—just a locked entrance. The website claims they're open until 6 PM, and I arrived before 5 PM! This is getting really frustrating! If you're not going to keep consistent hours, you might as well just close the place for good!
I have to wonder who is hiring these staff members. Everyone I've encountered here over the past three years seems completely out of touch. Making sandwiches isn't a difficult task, yet the service has been disappointing.
I visited this restaurant with my family, and we were all very pleased with our experience! They got all our orders exactly right. The staff was friendly, although we did have to wait a little while in line. Overall, I highly recommend this place to others!
I was extremely disappointed with the owner's reaction when I returned to the shop to complain about the measly tuna salad sandwich I bought. My cousin ordered a footlong on wheat, which was supposed to have four scoops of tuna. It seems like she must have gotten the side with all the tuna. Overall, very poor customer service.
