Mr. Pampas - Ensenada - BLUE BELL

Very casual. Meat was excellent. Buffet was quite standard

The meats were very tasty, moist and tender. If you're a carnivore like me this is the place to eat. I had nice tres leches cake for dessert. All the meat you can eat plus salad bar was about $18 add $2.50 for dessert plus $1.25 for iced tea or soft drink in Ensenada. This was a very good value. The service was very prompt. As long as you had the yes/si sign showing different grilled meats were offered every minute or so. Our drinks were kept refilled in a timely manner. I will definitely go back the next time we're in Ensenada.

Meal was very good, meats are prepared very well. desert sucked the brownie was very hard like it was microwaved before serving , ice cream should have been served ontop not on the side. Drinks are average. But the meats are extraordinary!, they make it worth it to eat here.

I have been to other Pampas locations before and this was not the same experience. First, they wanted to put out big group next to the restrooms. You DO NOT put a VIP group next to the restrooms who will then also be blocking the restrooms from everyone else in the restaurant. Second, we were there for a birthday and they didn't do anything special for my sister-in-law. I have celebrated other birthday at other Pampas and was surprised that they didn't do anything. Overall not a good experience, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

Great food, great service, great desserts, great wine, great Vietnamese coffee ... for 2 people a nice dinner with a bottle of wine costs $ 100
