フィードバックを提供するUnlike most experiences, the audio on this system was clear and easy to comprehend. Unfortunately, this clarity didn’t assist in getting the order right. I rarely go through a Wendy's Drive-Thru without encountering at least one item that is either slightly different from what I ordered or completely incorrect, and this time was no exception. Specifically, the Junior Baconator was missing its bacon.
The restaurant was understaffed, resulting in a lengthy wait time. We weren't prepared to wait that long. However, they did get our order right! I’d prefer to wait for quality food rather than be rushed and receive the wrong items.
