Very affordable! Come here for breakfast. The staff is super friendly. My waitress was Sheena, who was so sweet and very attentive. My omelet was perfect and quickly came out, and the pancakes and ash brown were also good. The restaurant is very clean. I didn't get any bakery items, but they looked good!

Eating was really good as Perkins is usually. Definitely asked myself why the Southern Fried Chicken Biscuit breakfast needed the extra cheese on the engraving, but it was good, independent. Only the problem would have been the service that was not just thin and we all understand that in 2021.

When you go for the fish, I hope you get the right cook. I was there 3 times and 2 of them three times the fish was overcooked and not pleasant, even on one of my stays I told them that the fish was overcooked and they had another who was also overcooked. But when I first ate there, the fish was the best I ever had, I wanted to get the name of the cook and asked her about the name of the chefs and they said there were a few chefs in the back and they were where insecure what cooked the fish. So, as I said, if you order the fish, you could be a treat or a big dump. Every restaurant I go, I always command the fish, it's what I eat most when I eat.

Good place for a solid breakfast at a reasonable cost, the service is quite good considering the amount of people being waited on at breakfast time, would highly recommend any of their baked goods as well
