フィードバックを提供するI had a terrible experience at this hotel due to poor communication between the management and the reception staff. I found the staff to be rude and unhelpful, and my issue was never resolved. I ended up paying for a night I didn’t even stay, despite being told I could check out early. The pool and restaurant were both closed, and breakfast was $7, even for Hilton members. What should have been a great experience was spoiled by the unpleasant demeanor of one worker, who seemed indifferent to the guests. I will never stay at a Hilton property again!
As a Hilton Honors member, I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was noisy due to street sounds, the bathroom was not clean, and overall, I didn’t get a good night’s sleep. I'm really let down by this experience and hope it won't be a continuing issue in the future.
I would describe the Hilton Garden Inn as an average hotel. It has clean rooms and a convenient location, but the service leaves something to be desired. We checked in late, and the staff member who helped us gave us the keys but wrote down the wrong room number on the paperwork. As a result, we ended up having to go back to the front desk.
100% dirty rooms! Maybe the beds were refurbished after the last gast and new towels, but that's it! toilet not even from last guests, shower rough, room not vacuumed and nobody at the reception complaining about it! parking that I paid in advance has the key the tor has not opened. brutal. first complain and I am hilton honors member. have a discount for nso weeks and even that was way too much to pay to stay here. never again.
We paid nearly $200 to stay here. Breakfast is not included, so during our booking, we paid extra for breakfast. The next morning we walked in for breakfast and the attendant screamed at as “this isn’t free!!!”. After politely explaining that we had already paid, we went to check out the “freshly prepared every morning” breakfast, which consisted of stale cereal boxes, yogurt, plain bread, and blueberries.During our stay, we had to park in a parking garage by the hotel. When we checked in, the front desk individual told us that the next day, the gate would be up in the morning so we should be able to leave the parking garage and not have to pay. However, the next morning the gate was not open like we were told, so we paid. The gate did not go up so we had to call the city department to get them to open the gate for us.We put the do not disturb sign on our door, and that morning the housekeeper knocked on our door and asked if he could come in and clean…we had the do not disturb sign on!!!The air conditioner was also very bad so our room was hot all night. This was the type of service I would expect for $60 a night, not $200 a night. I would NOT recommend.
