Truly average in every way. Needs to up its game if it hopes to be exceptional.

Family outing for birthday. I wish they had acknowledged the birthday in some way with a dessert or something but otherwise fantastic!

We made our reservation 6 hours before arriving for dinner on Valentine's Day, yet when we arrived they had no record of us having reserved a table. A waitress at the front said that the reservation list was printed more than 6 hours prior, which is why they had no record of it. So we had to wait for a table as though we had not made a reservation. After we were seated it took almost 15 minutes for us to be greeted by our server and offered drinks, and I was beginning to get a little irritable considering the amount of money we were going to be paying for the dinner. I asked my girlfriend at one point if she just wanted to leave and go somewhere else. Two of the waitresses were incredibly loud and were shouting across the dining room to their tables. One table across from us had their order lost entirely and their meal was given to them for free. This would be fine, but the rest of us had to pay full price and the whole experience just seemed pretty sketchy. The food was fantastic and my highest compliments go to the chef. However, due to the unprofessional nature of the host(s) and servers, I don't anticipate we'll be returning to this restaurant. We had a lot of options for places to go on Valentine's Day, and this was a pretty expensive headache. Great food, though.

Attended this venue on Valentine 's Day. Upon arrival there was a large 'bouquet ' of red heart balloons at the entrance with which my girlfriend posed and made for a great photo she sent to all her friends. We had reservations and were seated right away. The menu was set and there were two entree options and four main dish options, priced differently. The waiter allowed us to pick the appetizers from one menu and pair them with a main dish on the other menu so the staff was very flexible which we appreciated. The atmosphere is upscale and the dishes were well presented and excellent in taste. The dining room is very open, clean and it wasn 't noisy at all. On our way out, my girlfriend was presented with a rose because it was Valentine 's Day. Japanese is her FAVORITE food and she enjoyed the dinner very much. Likewise, she is small and doesn 't eat a lot; me I 'm a big guy and could 've eaten double what I ate so I marked the value down a notch as we spent $150 which included the meal, a full bottle of wine and the tip. All in all ... this is a great place to eat and we had a great time and were satisfied from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left. Thanks Gaza for a wonderful evening.
