Satis Bistro - Bloomfield

After a brief search for a dinner date for my wife's birthday, I came upon Satis BistroA large wide open space.

What a great addition to Bloomfield/Montclair dining.

This is an excellent placevery glad to see it in BloomfieldSeared Foie Gras, Duck Rillettes great cheeses and impressive wine list.

Sat at the bar and Robert was taking care of us. He made amazing drinks for us. You MUST try one of his specials. The food was served quickly and was cooked perfectly. I will be back!

The service and ambiance here was excellent. The menu was very well rounded. We got filet mignon and Royal Red Shrimp to share with salads, sauteed garlic mushrooms and baked potato. There were baskets of a variety of breads and two kinds of butter. Truffles were provided at the end of the meal. It was a beautiful dining experience!
