Zao Jun New Asian Sushi

We dined at the bar tonight. The bartenders were extremely attentive and friendly. Our evening at the bar was truly enjoyable.

The service was absolutely horrible! It took almost 3 hours to complete our dinner. The one dinner came out wrong 3X. Extremely disorganized.

WORST restaurant experience of my life. The restaurant wasn't even half full when we arrived yet we got excuses nonstop- the bar was backed up, the sushi chef REFUSED to make our order with soy wrap, 2 entrees were delivered 25 min. after the rest, and perhaps the craziest was that we never received our white rice even after asking at least 3 times. It literally sits in a big pressure cooker near the service station. Our server offered for the manager to come over, she showed up 30 minutes later, pretending not to know about any of the issues we had experienced. I don't know what kind of drama is going on behind the scenes but keep it to yourselves. Or don't; it doesn't matter to us because we will NEVER be back!

Julian was very nice but overwhelmed. I had the miso soup and it had a hair in it, I ordered a glass of sake and never got it. Ordered a coke and got diet. It was disappointing, we had been excited to try this place

Fantastic food and service! This was our first time but certainly not our last.
