Tim Hortons - Bloomfield Hills

I recently moved to the area and decided to stop by this place, hoping for the same excellent service I used to get at my usual Tim Hortons. I was not disappointed! My regular order is a bit more complex, so I anticipated some mistakes, but there were none. The food and tea were perfect on this visit, as they have been every day since. After just two visits, they recognized my preferences based on my initial order. I’ve found my new favorite spot!

I've always received excellent service from this restaurant! This morning, I had some trouble placing an online order, so I decided to call instead. The staff member was friendly and very helpful, and my order turned out perfectly. I arrived a bit late, but they had my order ready and I was in and out in just a few minutes. They offered me a great variety of donuts, as I had requested a random assortment. I highly recommend ordering from them for any event!

The food was served cold (I ordered a breakfast sandwich bagel), and the bread for the sandwich was burnt. Additionally, my coffee cup was filled almost to the brim, which caused it to spill in my work trolley (despite being in a cup holder). There were no sleeves on the coffee cup, and I wasn't provided any napkins. Overall, it was quite disappointing. Every location should strive to provide an excellent customer experience.

I held this Tim Hortons on the way to work today and received EXCELLENT customer service. The staff here is extremely helpful and POSITIVE. FAST SERVICE and GREAT tasting products. I very much welcomed this place. I'll be back soon. namaste
