Brooklyn Bagel - Bloomfield Hills

I had an incredible bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. I happened to take this route to get coffee at Starbucks, and this place caught my attention. I'm so glad I stopped in! I was warmly greeted upon arrival, and the customer service was excellent. I requested extra cream cheese, and they really delivered—there was no ambiguity about whether I'd get it or not. Overall, everything was a perfect 10/10; this bagel is the best I've ever had. Thank you, Brooklyn Bags! You've just made my commute to work much more enjoyable.

The portion sizes are generous, and the flavors of the spices are delicious. The salt and garlic were well-seasoned, although they only seasoned the tops of the dishes instead of both sides. The fresh cheese was really great. The service was outstanding—definitely a 10/10!

The bagels here are fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the service is quick. It definitely has a more local vibe compared to the nearby chain. The service is much better and more efficient. I’ll definitely be coming back!
