I was on hawet for a little lunch at the end of June (hønse salad and marinated herring) the day before I was to defend my speciality in aalborg. I got 12 for my speciality, which had to be the result of the 12th birthday I got on hawet. super delicious food, lovely location, and really cute operation. (the marine herring is without doubt the best I have gotten in my life).
