Taco King - Bldg Fort Wainwright

Burrito was delicious and was delivered incredibly fast. Restaurant was fairly clean, the communal sauce station was a bit gross and out of a few items.Food: 4/5

North Pole store.Food was bland, I had to argue with the person(manager? behind the counter that I didn 't get sour cream. He insisted it was not part of my order. I literally had to pull him out front to look at the menu board, and it said sour cream even showed it on the picture. That turned into an argument with him and his cook in rapid Spanish and finally he relented and gave me the sour cream. Yes it was in the first few weeks of opening, but there is another TK in town that they should be trained and know their menus. And if the customer shows them an error, fix it, don 't debate it ...The other people I dined with were of the same opinion.Parking: Parking is in a paved parking lot in front of buildingDietary restrictions: Had a hard time finding gluten free food on the menu.Settled for a loaded chips bowl.

First of all, there is no air conditioning so don't even bother eating inside. Secondly, don't even bother eating here. The food is literally just meh. Not only that, it's greasy meh. You order a taco and you get grease. The beans have a strange taste to them. It's hard to figure out what it is, but it's very strange. The rice was generic. No real flavor. The burrito was chicken and it was very dry. There was nothing amazing about the place.

This is the 3rd Mexican restaurant I visited in fairbanks. The service is pretty much like a restaurant but also like fast food. Our food came out pretty fast, and it is not salty I am not into a lot of salt. I ordered lengua combo, and the meat is soft. I tried the jalapeño pickles, and I loved it. I will try their Pozole next time. However, the place needs a little love.

This place is awesome! Staff is patient when I am a bit slow to speak or when I have a brain fart in the middle of speaking. I really love their menudo, has always came hot with decent amounts of onions, cilantro, limes, the oregano mix. Best part it is available all week!Food: 5/5
