Great Harvest Bread Co.

CLOSED DOWN. I stopped by on September 25th and the business looks pretty closed down.

Food is tasty and good quality though a bit pricey. Service is SLOW!! The new location is good, but the service doesn't seem as good as the other location.

We waited in their drive thru for 30 mins, and 10 mins in they say, hey sorry we can 't find your ticket what did you order again? THEN 20 mins in they say , Just to let you know we actually ran out of bacon I usually am obsessed with Great Harvest but ever since they moved to their new location the service is terrible and I get my food 30/45 mins later. I really hope they find new staff and get this place up and running how it used to be.

Previous location was always great. Came to the airport new location today. Beyond disappointing. Waited over 40 minutes for food, order was made incorrectly after waiting that time. Attitudes from staff is awful. No apologies just take the tray of wrong food and walked off. Sandwiches lacked bread being toasted even. Trays food came out on were filthy with sticky residue on bottom. Bathrooms were disgusting, urine all over toilets, trash on floors. The trays on the trash cans were stacked so high they fell over. Will not return to this location.

Great bread choices and huge rolls! The smokehouse sandwich was toasted and delicious ?Can't wait to come back and try the pastries
