Mena's Afghan Kabob - BLD Oceanside

This place is the best Afghani food in SD Are they still open ? I think they closed. :

We loved this place but the did not survive and the location is closed I hope they come back at the markets or as a pop up.

We went to this place thinking of nice Afghan bread and kabob. We got warmed up frozen Indian bread. Kabob were loaded with extra salt and not edible. We will never go there and don't recommend.

Idk what happened w the owner. but when i first entered the place he was so inviting and excited to have customers. the food i had a year ago when he was in charge was out standing. i hope the family is well and i genuinely hope they make a come back because as an Albanian i haven't been able to find decent middle eastern food in this area until i came across this restaurant. if y'all open up again and bring back the amazing nan bread i will be ur regular. inshallah soon.
