Gilibertos Mexican Taco Shop - Blaine

Stopped by the drive through for a chicken burrito and some flan. Would definitely head inside next time if I ever get the flan again- the sauce spilled all over as soon as I set the bag down. The burrito was decent, not as much flavor as I?d like, and salsas didn?t help much. Maybe if they have like a chipotle sauce or spiced chicken that?d would improve it. Also, with how fast they made the food there is no way it is totally fresh, so that may have affected the taste as well. Overall fast and friendly service and good pricing, but flavor was lacking.

Fish taco was good but a little dry. Tartar was nice and sweet. Kids meal was huge. The person I was with liked the shrimp too. I really liked the shredded beef taco. We choose to put ours on flour shells

This place has amazing food and reminds me of South Texas! My new favorite place to eat! I can't get enough of the tacos but so much we have tried is absolutely fantastic!

Finally an authentic Mexican restaurant in Blaine! Just moved out here from Roseville, MN. I used to get my tamales from a lady selling them from her car when I lived in southern Los Angeles. Had the chicken tamales here and they were delicious and a good level of spicy! Will definitely come back to try other meals!

Authentic, delicious, quick and friendly. We dined in, and it was nice and quiet for late night. But they also have a drive-thru! First time there and will definitely go back! They have Tortas! And so many options for different meats for everything and priced right. Loved it.
