Dunkin' - Blackwood

I noticed that my food had a strong taste and smell of disinfecting bleach. At first, I thought I might be imagining it, so I asked my daughter to take a whiff. She confirmed, saying, "Yeah, it does smell like bleach."

This used to be a big DD to go, but in the last few months the quality has dropped great time. Today was the last straw for me. I decided to go to Star-Bucks. Everything from the coffee that is not made directly to the food that is cold or tastes disgusting to the staff that is attentive killed this place.

I've had consistent issues with my orders not being correct, and the manager has been quite rude. I would recommend going to the Dunkin' on the other side of 42, next to McDonald's.

Terrible service and rude. Just asked if they had a certain kind of donut and got yelled at no ! Ok, may I have 2 of the glazed? Answer: how many total?! Me: I 'm not sure yet . DD: How many?! We also ordered bagels and basically had them thrown at us once they were finished. We 'll never come back here agin. This whole staff needs a class on customer service. Good thing there 's a Starbucks right next door. They 'll get ALL of our business going forward.

Nice staff but yet another Dunkin in this area that refuses to acknowledge coupons. The coupons are emailed to you for your birthday, you don't need to use the app . Useless coupon since no one will take it
