Jamie's At 90 Highfield Road

Eating at this restaurant was fantastic. The attention to detail by the kitchen staff was impressive. Every bite was delicious, and the staff were courteous and attentive. The only downside was that we were seated at table 9, which was located at the lower end of the stairs, right in front of the kitchen and next to the bar. This made me feel like I was dining closer to the kitchen than in an actual restaurant. As it was a rare night without children and a birthday celebration, I was a bit disappointed with the table placement. When I mentioned this to the staff, they reassured me that they were planning a renovation with new seating options that would eliminate the need for that table. Despite the seating issue, the food was excellently prepared, with the chicken livers being the best I have ever had. I would definitely recommend a visit to this restaurant!
