フィードバックを提供するOrdered online before closing, drove to location and called to see if my pizza was done. Was rudely told that they dont cook pizzas close to closing and that my online order was canceled.
When we asked for fresh sliced tomatoes on our mozzarella popper pizza they refused to put any on there. Third time calling them. They need to get it together worst restaurant ever. Won’t be eating Pizza Hut anymore they can’t get the order right.
I don't know why I keep giving the Blackfoot location more chances. They are always late on delivery. This time we paid $70 pizza was almost 30 min late everything was cold or warm our deep dish pizza was doughy. I had to heat my wings up in the microwave cause they were cold. We had to cut up one of our pizzas. It's not worth calling and trying to get things straightened up I just won't go there anymore.
I really like pizza hut. I find this one to be lacking in personal service, but the food gets out fast and it tastes like all the other pizza huts.
I’ve worked for great companies before, and the staff here is hardworking and takes pride in their roles. While the building is quite old, I’ve seen how my colleagues effectively maintain operations. My boss is fantastic and goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I want to highlight how challenging it is to keep our customers happy, especially during this tough time. Most of our customers are thrilled to see pizza, especially the kids who are excited to have it at home. I want to advocate for our company and remind everyone that this pandemic has made things difficult. Pizza Hut is dedicated to bringing joy to people, especially through the work we do. I will always appreciate our wings, pasta, and pizza—they’re all fantastic. Our delivery times may vary, but we always ensure that we deliver! I genuinely enjoy making our customers happy, and I promise we are committed to continuously improving. After all, our motto is, “No one out pizzas the Hut.”
