Subway - Black Diamond

Congratulations on my first negative review! Worst experience at any Subway, ever! Stingiest sandwich maker I've encountered, scowled at me each time I asked for extra toppings. Tipping menu on debit machine starts at 15% at SUBWAY, ya right! Many Subways don't even show the tip menu! Cashier scoffed at me when I asked for a second napkin for a foot long sub, and tossed the additional napkin at me!! Best thing I can say is the washroom wasn't absolutely filthy.

Be aware when you go there they used to be awesome now the bread is small and skimp on the toppings alot I also got a sandwich and they forgot to put my bacon on it

I don’t like posting negative reviews and I enjoy supporting local business. Unless you feel like arguing with them to have them add extra toppings, don’t bother. The owner is unfriendly. No hello or have a good day. They pretend there is a shortage of lettuce and that they can’t put enough on because of that. You don’t see the sign til after you ask them to make your sandwich and are putting toppings on. If the price of lettuce has gone up, increase your prices. The subway owners set the price of their sandwiches, subway headquarters doesn’t. The employee today smoked a cigarette and failed to wash his hands before making my sandwich. I am not reporting this to AHS but make sure the employees wash their hands before they make yours. They wear gloves but regardless, you have to touch the gloves to put them on.
