フィードバックを提供するOne of my family has made the first and now the last order. There was no dry ice in package, although paid for. Package was in very tragic condition, cardboard was very thin to thin for over 20 kg meat. Package service had to stick adhesive tape on it. It should be shipped in a polystyrene box, however, these are only individual polystyrene parts, no proper box and again really thin (approx. 1 1.5 cm). It's cold, then everything was frozen, but not frozen. No tracing was sent by e-mail only after writing.
I have ordered several times with this supplier and always receive good goods at the beginning. Then came the first delivery in which really Aas was delivered. The stuff that I dispose of after some of my dogs had been diseased with Coli bacteria. Called there, it was promised to me 2x20 Euro coupons as compensation, only one voucher could be redeemed. The next delivery was OK. Again ordered and this time I got stinking green meat, even in the frozen state, which was clearly already repeatedly thawed. The hit, it seems to be a return from the fodder pit as its label sticks to it. It was then sold to the stupid consumer as an offer. So in a delivery, 4 kilos too little, stinking goods, defective packaging of the goods, it swells out the meat, torn up and at least. and this, even though it has been frozen here. I will remove this provider from my list and I am investigating where you can complain, which is certainly not in line with the directives.

I ordered for the first time. Basically ok, prices are quite low (at least for the quotes). I ordered about 30KG. Shipping time was fast, packaging basically also. In the ordering process, however, I had overlooked the need to order dry ice. This hasn't happened to any other Barf consignor. The product was also strongly tared at an external temperature of 30° C. 2 KG of an article missing can happen with so many individual parts. Answer from the support came quite flott the following day. With a new order, I can make a note and would then get the goods.
Order confirmation. No info that goods cannot be delivered. No shipping confirmation. No reply to complaint. So revoke order. Behold, suddenly answers were possible. Very fast. Several times. The goods were allegedly shipped MONTAG the day before. So info to mailbox with refusal of acceptance. It was on Tuesday and Wednesday. On Thursday, the package suddenly stood outside. And behold, no reply to mails and messenger messages again.
