They forget something EVERY time I order. It seems to be getting worse with each time I make an order. It took over an hour and a half to get an order I placed online with no attempt by them to make things right. This time… I am positive their delivery driver was smoking a cigarette, with me and my children’s food in the car, on the way to deliver our order. He reeked of smoke when he came to our door. Not okay. None of the condiments were brought that were requested. They didn’t even bother to put our food into a bag, no napkins. He just handed them to me one by one out of a box, having me pile them in my arms. I am just disgusted. I will stick with other sandwich shops from now on.

I ordered a number 12 Beach which is Turkey provolone avocado. First sandwich I received had no avocado so I called them and said no avocado second one I received you could barely find the avocado sauce so if you like avocado don't bother ordering that sandwich because it's barely found very disappointing

I’m giving you 2 stars for managing to get my order right about 30% of the time when I order takeout.

There are frequently missing items from my order, and it takes almost an hour for delivery, even though I live less than a mile away.

I've attempted to visit this restaurant three times now. The first time, my delivery took 80 minutes. On the second visit, when I went in-store, they were out of bread. By my third attempt, they delivered the wrong chips and seemed to assume I wouldn't notice. To top it off, they only offered a $3 refund. Seriously? They need to improve their service.
