Istanbul Grill Eastleigh Since 1998

Lucky to even get one star. Proberly the worse kebab take away we have had. Ordering was no problem, however the price is a rip off for what you eventually get. We had a small straight forward order which took them an hour and 15 minutes to cook and then another 20 minutes to deliver. Not only was the food cold, but the person who delivered was very rude and basically threw my order at me from the other wise of the door and went here you go. I was also given the wrong change as well. Not to mention the fact when she knocked the door I though someone was trying to come through it! When we sat down to eat it was just a disgrace. My burger looked like it had been thrown together. My onions, BBQ sauce and cheese was on the outside of the burger and leaking over everything else. The kebab was greasy and cold same as my son's kids meal which was also missing his orange juice. The large chips looked like a small chips. All in all I wouldn't order from here again. Very disappointed as just moved to the area and new to the place.

Just ordered from here through Deliveroo, buyer beware! My order was missing a pizza so I called them, they claimed it was Deliveroo's fault and I needed to check. I hung up and checked Deliveroo and I was right they'd left out a pizza so I called them back. They blamed Deliveroo again and said I needed to sort it out with them. Result of this is that I'm thankful I used my Amex cause this charge will be disputed and there's no way IG will get anything. Message to Istanbul Grill: work on customer service, if someone bothers to call you they could be correct and you should be polite and actually try to help them otherwise...

Best Kebab in The UK period! You won't taste a kebab like this anywhere else. Portions are perfect, prices are decent and the staff are great and friendly. Have been going to Instant Grill for almost a decade and they're irreplaceable even now that I leave over a hundred miles away, when I want a good kebab, I drive there for one

When you are charging for delivery. The least the drivers can do is carry the food in one of them 'warm ' bags during these colder times. Food arrived luke warm, large kebab more like a medium.

Ordered X2 kebabs with all salad and sauce but got onions and lettuce and the chips are awful do not order from here!!!!
