Never ordering a breakfast again The bacon looked anemic, beans were cold , so was the toast . We sent it back two other customers did the same the beans were still like warm , the bacon tasted of smoke it was so frazzled it was charcoaled to death. I felt ill not long after eating the warm bits . Two tables complained as well as us. Very disappointed. It was the Wetherspoons off New Street .

Honestly this Wetherspoons it’s an awful branch! We ordered two meals on the Wetherspoons app for them to come out 5 minutes after. 10 minutes later we asked where our drinks was as they had still not arrived. Another ask to the waitress her response was “I don’t know let me check” never come back to us to update. At this point I had enough we finished our food and still no drinks. I had to go over to the bar to find they were just sat there, whilst waitresses are more bothered about collecting plates and obviously ignoring drink orders. We requested for a manager to speak to us she was not very helpful all she advised was, that she was busy. We understand that it was busy but it’s still not the point it takes 2 minutes to pour a drink and pop it over. She advised she will refund the drinks then stormed off as she was getting angry, well if you sort things out it wouldn’t be a problem.It takes longer to cook the food more than anything else. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO WAIT 30 MINUTES FOR A DRINK

Great place with good prices, good food and a variety of drinks! Staff is great and atmosphere good. Enjoy a coffee after shopping or have a blast celebrating birthdays or other occasions Here is something for everyone

People are quick to leave negative reviews but I just wanted to praise the young man who served us! He absolutely put a smile on everyone's face. His fab red hair and personality, he absolutely rocks!! Thank you!
