I had an amazing time at 1000 trades. The event had a cozy and inviting atmosphere that was popular with customers even on a Wednesday evening. The staff were relaxed and attentive, providing excellent hospitality. The food was delicious and unlike anything I had tried before in Birmingham. I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys wine. I absolutely loved it!

To the recommendation of a colleague sat and go again. the fish and chips were excellent, accompanied by a beautiful apfel wine and followed by a good coffee. will go back to check the jazz they regularly host, and are happy to hear some good live music.

We recently moved to the neighborhood and decided to try this restaurant for Sunday brunch. We were impressed by the cozy atmosphere, hospitable staff, and delicious food. It looks like we've found our new go-to spot!

I stopped here in the frame of 'treasure hunt birmingham', which caught us frederick st. absolutely my art vibe. low lighting, cozy good design and can beaver selection and good natural wine list. the aroma of 'trader kitchen' on the back made me hungry. I will definitely try to eat something again soon. here also hosts a tonne of different nights, comedy etc. I visited an early afternoon at a weekend and it was quiet. usy, but a nice mood, I think it will pack later in the night.

Friendly, helpful staff. Chilled vibe. Food was great and good portion size. Would love to go back and try more menu items.
